TRANSPORTATION
At Rejuvenation Health Agency, our mission is to assist our patients in receiving the necessary in-home care as they grow older. We provide a wide array of services designed to simplify this phase of life, including in-home nursing, housekeeping, and meal preparation, among others.
Our aim is to ensure that patients have access to the vital services required to maintain their comfort and safety at home. However, we recognize that being homebound isn’t always beneficial for a patient’s recovery or morale. To address this, we also provide transportation services to facilitate our patients’ reintegration into the community.
Community Transportation Assistance
We provide escorted transportation services to ensure our patients can navigate their community securely. Whether it’s for errands, grocery shopping, medication pickup, or simply a desire to visit the park, our team is ready to support them.
Our service includes both transportation and a caregiver to assist the patient during their outings. This approach promotes healing of the mind, body, and spirit by enhancing their autonomy while ensuring their safety.
